Maira Severo

Maira Severo is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Pérez Art Museum Miami since December 2021. Prior to this role, Maira worked at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine, where positions included Human Resources Manager and various roles within Total Rewards and Shared Services, commencing in 2014. Additionally, Maira has experience from Baptist Health South Florida as a Transfer Representative/Interviewer, responsible for processing internal transfer requests and utilizing systems such as Taleo and Red Carpet. Maira holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University, earned between 2005 and 2007.
