Jan Roller

Jan Roller is an accomplished attorney currently practicing at Perez Morris since April 2022. With extensive experience as a partner at Giffen & Kaminski from May 2015 to June 2023, Jan focused on trial work, specifically defending public and private organizations in Tort, Personal Injury, and Insurance matters. Specializing in medical malpractice and personal injury defense litigation, notable successes include defending cases involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, defamation, and employer intentional torts. Before Giffen & Kaminski, Jan co-founded Davis & Young LPA, where a focus on litigation and mediation was maintained from September 1983 to April 2015. Jan holds a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law (1976-1979) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Denison University (1972-1976).
