Dean van Den Eng

Dean Van Den Eng has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Dean began their career at American TV in 1988, where they worked in various roles including Computer Sales Associate, Home Office Sales Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and eventually Senior Marketing Manager of the Computer Sales Department. Dean joined the Village of Brooklyn, WI in 2010 as a Trustee, serving on the Board of Trustees and taking on roles such as Chair of Finance Committee, Chair of Personnel Committee, and Chair of Website Committee. In 2013, they transitioned to Fleet Farm as a Category Manager, responsible for paint, heating, and cooling. Dean was later promoted to Senior Category Manager in 2018. In 2019, Dean Van Den Eng joined Perfect Aire, LLC as the Director of Product Development, where they owned the product development process, conducted research for category and product positioning, and negotiated factory prices. Dean was subsequently promoted to Senior VP of Product and Marketing, taking on the responsibilities of managing the Product Development, Creative, and Marketing departments.
