Daniel Tokofsky

An experienced executive with more than 23 years in the facility services industry, Dan joined PBM in 2018. Previously, he was with Atalian Global Services (formerly known as Temco Service Industries) for 16 years.

Dan is responsible for maintaining services and customer relations for both tenant and property management. He oversees the sales team which covers over 20 Million square feet of Class A commercial properties throughout New York City–including iconic properties such as the Seagram Building and the Chrysler Building.
