Scott A. Mager

Joining PBM in 1992 as SVP and General Counsel, Scott is the 3rd generation of the family to direct and manage PBM. As a former attorney, specializing in real estate, his experience augments his current facilities services work. Today, as the company’s chairman & CEO, he is committed to the development of the individual—providing the necessary support and training—empowering them to provide consistent, high performance and great service to customers.

Scott has a B.A. in Political Science, J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, and an LL.M. in Corporate Law from the NYU School of Law. He is on the Board of Trustees of the Dwight Englewood School and was the VP of the Board of Trustees of the Stephen Gaynor School. In addition, Scott is actively involved with various charities and with many local political campaign committees.
