Yolanda Perez

Yolanda has been VP of Finance for PBM since August 2020. She manages the month end financial and reporting processes, accounting for over 80 properties in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, and Virginia. In addition, she oversees the payroll department including the payment of union benefits.

Prior to PBM, Yolanda spent over 25 years in various finance positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., with her most recent experience at Highbridge Capital Management, a hedge fund business within JPM’s Asset Management division. Yolanda has her BBA in Accounting from Pace University and an MBA in Finance, Management and International Business from New York University.
