Stephen Lardner

Stephen Lardner is an experienced Senior Project Engineer with a strong background in process engineering and project management, currently leading manufacturing capacity expansions at Perfect Day since July 2020. Previously, Stephen served as a Senior Project Engineer at Way Projects Inc., focusing on the dairy industry, and as a Plant/Project Engineer at Juicero, where major equipment procurement and project management frameworks were developed. Early career roles included Project Engineer and Production Team Lead at Glanbia, where Stephen managed teams and improved packaging efficiency, along with a Graduate Project Engineer role within a substantial expansion project. Stephen's experience also includes internships at DPS Engineering in the pharmaceutical sector and Abiomed working on cardiac assist devices. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) degree in Chemical and Bioprocess Engineering from University College Dublin.
