Rob Ponger

Rob Ponger serves as the CEO of Perfect Game USA since August 2022, leading the world’s largest elite youth baseball and softball platform, which organizes over 8,600 events and 300,000 games and showcases annually, focusing on player exposure and advancement. Prior to this role, Ponger was the President at Stealth SME from August 2014 to October 2015 and held various senior vice president positions at IMG from 2001 to 2014, including strategic planning, financial operations, and business unit CFO roles for both the fashion and media divisions. Ponger earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College between 1988 and 1992.
