Piotr Szopa

Piotr Szopa has been working in the IT field since 2008. Piotr started their career as an adjunct at the University of Warsaw, then moved to the Institute of Basic Problems of Technology of the Polish Academy of Sciences in 2010 as an adjunct, where they conducted research on modeling different aspects of cell activity such as calcium homeostasis. In 2013, they joined Mobica as an IT Engineer Programmer. In 2015, they joined X-Trade Brokers DM SA as a Senior IT Developer and Android Developer. Piotr was responsible for developing the mobile application xStation - Forex & CFD Trading. Since 2019, they have been working at Perfect Gym Solutions S.A. as a Senior IT Developer and Team Leader, where they were responsible for developing the Perfect Gym Go 2 application.

Piotr Szopa attended the University of Warsaw from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Matematyka. Piotr then continued their studies at the same university, graduating with a PhD in Matematyka in 2008. In 2012, they graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology with a Magister (Mgr) in Informatyka/inżynieria oprogramowania. In 2006, they obtained the FCE from the University of Cambridge. In 2018, they obtained the Bezpieczeństwo Aplikacji Mobilnych certification from Niebezpiecznik.pl. Additionally, they hold a Problem Solving (Basic) Certificate from HackerRank.
