Yan Ji

Yan Ji has a strong background in finance and accounting. Yan started their career as a Senior Consultant at Keane in 1998 and worked there until 2005. Yan then joined Newmont Mining Corporation as an Audit Supervisor, where they managed risk assessment for financial operations and reporting processes. In 2006, they moved to Atmel Corporation and held roles as a Corporate SOx Manager and a Corporate Consolidation Manager. During their time at Atmel, they successfully managed the Sox audit process and built an internal testing team. In 2008, they joined Perfect World Entertainment Inc. as a Finance Director, and later became the VP of Finance in 2011. In their current role, they direct all aspects of accounting and financial operations, specializes in internet-based virtual currency and micro-transaction business models, and has built a highly professional team from the ground up. Overall, Yan Ji has a comprehensive background in finance and has gained significant experience in various roles throughout their career.

Yan Ji holds a Master's degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which was completed between 1996 and 1997. Before that, from 1995 to 1996, Yan Ji attended ESCP Business School as a visiting student, focusing on Accounting and Finance. Prior to these experiences, Yan Ji earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and Finance from Shenzhen University, from the years 1991 to 1995.
