Robert H. Xiao

Robert H. Xiao is the CEO of Perfect World Co., Ltd., a position held since May 2008, where management of the public company is the primary responsibility. Prior to this, Robert served in numerous executive roles at Dell from November 2005 until May 2008, including Co-CEO, COO, and SVP of HR and Admin, along with a role as Director of Talent Management in China. Earlier experience includes an Organization and People Development Director role at Philips China Corp and managerial positions at Cisco and Motorola. Robert's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Southern California and a BS in Physics from Tsinghua University.
