Felicia Tsao

Felicia Tsao has a diverse work experience. In their most recent role as a Business Development Manager at Perfect Corp. since July 2021, they have been responsible for driving business growth. Prior to that, they worked at Fundera as a Senior Account Executive from March 2020 to February 2021 and as an Account Executive from August 2019 to February 2020, where they managed client accounts and achieved sales targets. Felicia also has experience as a New Business Associate at Optimove from September 2018 to June 2019, where they contributed to expanding the company's customer base. Earlier in their career, they worked at Skyhorse Publishing, Inc. as an Associate Publicist from June 2017 to April 2018 and as a Publicity Assistant from December 2016 to June 2017, where they gained expertise in public relations. Additionally, they worked as a Hispanic Studies Department Teaching Assistant at Hamilton College from August 2015 to May 2016. Felicia has also held internships at WILLIAMS NEW YORK, Poets House, Ogilvy Public Relations, and CenturyLink, where they gained valuable industry experience.

Felicia Tsao completed the Summer Publishing Institute at NYU School of Professional Studies in 2016. Felicia then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Creative Writing with Honors in Hispanic Studies from Hamilton College, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, Felicia attended Hong Kong International School from 1998 to 2012 for their high school education. In 2011, they also attended Columbia University for a creative writing program during their time in high school.

Additionally, Felicia has obtained certifications such as the Columbia Management Essentials from Columbia University in the City of New York in May 2022 and the ZoomInfo Certification for Sales from ZoomInfo in July 2021.
