Borja Saez

Borja Saez has an extensive work experience in the finance industry. Borja started their career in 1996 at Mizuho as a Project Finance Analyst and Fixed Income Trader in the Treasury Department. In 2000, they joined EY as a Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions, where they were responsible for business plans, private equity advisory, and corporate valuations. In 2004, they moved to Intermoney Titulización SGFT, S.A. as a Director of ABS Structuring. Here, they were involved in structuring and managing securitization SPVs in Spain. In 2014, they joined SunEdison as a Director of Structured Finance for RSC Europe. In 2016, they moved to WiZink as Treasurer, Funding and Capital Markets. In 2019, they co-founded Perfecta Energía, where they are currently the CEO. In 2020, they also co-founded Perfecta Consumer Finance, where they are the Managing Director.

Borja Saez attended the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor degree in Economy. In 1996, they attended the Options & Futures Institute in Madrid to study Derivatives. Finally, they completed an Executive MBA at IE Business School from 1999 to 2000.
