Shivani Saxena

Shivani Saxena has a work experience spanning from 2013 to the present. Shivani began their career at HCLTech as a Lead Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for managing the full life cycle recruitment process for various contract positions. Shivani'sduties included analyzing roles, creating job descriptions, sourcing resumes, conducting interviews, and recruiting candidates with different statuses. In 2016, Shivani joined PerfecTalent RPO as the Chief Executive Officer. PerfecTalent RPO specializes in offshore outsourcing recruitment and provides recruitment process outsourcing solutions. They aim to simplify the staff augmentation process by increasing the number of qualified hires in a shorter time frame and at a minimal cost.

Shivani Saxena completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University between 2008 and 2012.
