Dr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma

Dr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. Dr. Rakesh Kumar has held a variety of roles since 2004. Their most recent role was Co-Founder & COO of Perfectice, which they held from 2017. Prior to this, they were Sr. Vice President (Projects and Operations) at PATNI HEALTHCARE LIMITED from 2015. From 2013 to 2015 they were AVP at Cocoon, and from 2012 to 2013 they were CEO (VSHL) at Shalby Limited, where they were responsible for the overall project, operations and business of Goa and Vapi, and achieved a business growth of 100%. From 2006 to 2012 they were Regional Head - Hospital at Wockhardt Ltd., with P&L responsibility for a total business of 180 Cr. From 2005 to 2006 they were DGM - Business Development at IIM Hospital, Chittagong, Bangladesh, and from 2004 to 2005 they were Head - Relationship Management at Kamalnayan Bajaj Hospital.

Dr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma attended Harvard University from 2010 to 2010 where they completed a Leadership Programme in Business Administration and Management, General. From 1994 to 1999, they attended Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and obtained an MBA(HA) in Business Administration and Management, General. From 1990 to 1992, they attended Delhi Public School, Bokaro Steel City and obtained AISSCE AISSE. Dr. Rakesh Kumar then obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Hospital Management from CMJ University, and an M. Phil in Hospital Administration from TGOU, Delhi.
