Paul Krueger PMP PSM1

Paul Krueger PMP PSM1 has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and software industry. Paul began their career in 1999 as a Consultant to Raytheon Missile Systems (RMS), where they were responsible for Electronic Interconnect design for all sections of the Tactical Tomahawk missile. In 2000, they returned to RMS as a Consultant, acting as the Technical Lead for the Golden Gate Team, a cable harness design team. In 2002, they became the CEO of BrightCanyonGroup, Inc. and in 2005 they founded Krueger Technical, Inc. (KTI). At KTI, they recruited a sales and technical team and created internal business and technical processes, product specifications, and a configuration control plan. Paul also implemented a PMO that incorporated PMI based project management processes, workflows, and templates. In 2013, they were a Consultant to Zodiac Aerospace, where they developed actuation, power, and in-flight entertainment (IFE) cable and harness systems for commercial aircraft seats. In 2014, they founded and provided business and technical leadership for Perfecting Software first as the COO, and then as the CEO of from startup through launch. In 2015, they became a Senior Consultant, Capital Practice (US and Asia) at Mentor Graphics, where they were responsible for Program and Project Management of consulting projects for the Mentor Graphics Capital Consulting Practice in the United States, Japan, and Korea.

Paul Krueger PMP PSM1 has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, obtained between 1990 and 1997. Paul also holds several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Six Sigma Global Institute (obtained in November 2018), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org (obtained in November 2018), Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute (obtained in October 2018), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) from Microsoft (obtained in May 2014), Microsoft Specialist Managing Projects with Microsoft Project 2013 from Microsoft (obtained in May 2014), Tableau Desktop Certified Associate Certification from Tableau Software (obtained in January 2019), and Inbound from HubSpot Academy (obtained in December 2018).
