Matthew Kots

Matthew Kots has extensive experience in IT management and technical support, currently serving as IT Manager and Technical Support Specialist at Perfection Learning since December 2018. Concurrently, Matthew has been involved with the Iowa Army National Guard since January 2011, holding roles as an Intelligence Systems Maintenance & Integration Technician and MI Systems Maintainer/Integrator, along with participating as a Recruitment Sustainment Program Cadre. Previous positions include Data Analyst Consultant at Keyot, Lab Technician at Iowa State University Grain Quality Lab, Operations Intern at Spreetail, and various leadership roles in youth ministry and labor management. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and Management from Iowa State University, along with associate degrees from Cochise College in Intelligence Operations Studies and Electronics Technology.
