Justin Shelton, MBA, currently serves as Inside Sales - E&H at Perfection Servo Hydraulics, managing customer relations and assisting with operational tasks. Responsibilities also include game day operations for the Arlington Renegades under the XFL, where Justin oversees on-field activities. As a Project Manager at Roofing Steel Construction LLC, Justin has successfully handled projects of varying scales and increased sales. Prior roles include IoT Monitoring Coordinator at ProStar Energy Solutions, where Justin developed and integrated processes for commercial HVAC systems, and multiple positions at JM Eagle, including Project Manager and Purchasing Coordinator. Justin's early experience includes internships in event operations and marketing at organizations such as the Frisco Bowl and Stephen F. Austin State University. Justin holds an MBA in Sport Entertainment Management from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Studies from Stephen F. Austin State University.
