Martin Gebert

Martin Gebert has a diverse work experience in the field of Data Science. Martin is currently employed as a Data Scientist at Vernaio and NorCom Information Technology GmbH & Co. KGaA since 2021. In 2020, they were a Professor (fixed-term) at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, and also participated in the S2DS Data Science Fellowship at Pivigo where they developed the prototype software PageMap. From 2018 to 2020, Martin was a Krener Assistant Professor at University of California, Davis, a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Queen Mary University of London, and a Postdoctoral Research Associate at King's College London. Prior to that, they were a Postdoctoral Researcher at ETH Zürich from 2015 to 2016.

Martin Gebert obtained a Diplom in Mathematics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München between 2006 and 2011. Martin then went on to receive a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Mathematics from the same university between 2011 and 2015. In September 2020, they received a S2DS certification from Pivigo.
