Mary Piepenbrink

Mary Piepenbrink is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of PerfectServe’s Scheduling business. Piepenbrink leads a team focused on accelerating the success of PerfectServe’s scheduling operations, with all delivery functions—including professional services, support, and customer success—reporting directly to her. Piepenbrink’s leadership, experience, and relentless passion for customers are especially valuable at a time when healthcare organizations are increasingly viewing scheduling technology as an enterprise-grade solution.

Prior to her current role, Piepenbrink was Vice President of Sales for Lightning Bolt, which PerfectServe acquired in early 2019 to expand its scheduling capabilities. Before Lightning Bolt, she held an EVP position at Pieces Technologies, where she managed sales, customer success, implementation, and marketing. Piepenbrink also worked at IBM as an Associate Partner in the healthcare vertical and led large-scale IT projects both inside and outside of the United States.

Piepenbrink earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Business Administration degrees from Marshall University.
