John Kalb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare process improvement and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at PERFECTSHIFT, John leads process improvement initiatives and acts as a subject matter expert in healthcare workforce optimization and labor cost management. Prior roles include Continuous Improvement Program Manager at CGS ADMINISTRATORS, Quality Surveyor at DNV, and Associate Director at Peterson Center on Healthcare, where John focused on enhancing quality and reducing costs in healthcare systems. Earlier experience includes significant positions at Kootenai Health, where John was instrumental in establishing operational excellence and quality strategies, as well as a tenure at GE Healthcare managing Lean Six Sigma projects. John holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Brooklyn Law School, an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and a BA in Psychology from Brooklyn College.
