Dwight Coates

Dwight Coates is an experienced professional with a diverse background in information technology and consulting. Dwight has held various leadership roles in prominent companies, demonstrating expertise in digital transformation, outsourced sales services, and mergers and acquisitions.

From 2021 to present, Coates has been working as the Chief Information Officer at PerfectVision. In this role, they oversee the company's information technology strategies and operations.

Prior to their current position, Coates served as the SVP and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Cydcor from 2016 to 2021. Dwight was responsible for leading all strategic information technology solutions and capabilities, transforming manual workflows into automated systems, and leveraging Salesforce ecosystem to increase efficiency and market share.

Coates also worked at AT&T (Acquired DIRECTV in 2015) from 2014 to 2016 as the Director of IT Development. During their tenure, they played a key role in technology oversight, including SAP ECC, Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, and Ariba. Coates also worked at EMAK Worldwide, Inc. as the Vice President of Information Technology Operations from 2005 to 2009. In this role, they provided strategic planning, research, and marketing services for various clients.

Earlier in their career, Coates held positions at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, SAP, HP (Acquired EDS / ATKEARNEY), and EY, where they gained expertise in SAP systems, consulting, and project management.

Dwight Coates holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Missouri Baptist University. During their time at the university, they also pursued dual minors in Accounting and Marketing. Additionally, in 1996, they participated in a Spring/Summer Study Abroad program at Harlaxton University in Grantham, United Kingdom.
