Alissa Dickerson

Alissa Dickerson, MBA, CMQ/OE, CQA, serves as the Senior Quality Manager for North America at Perfetti Van Melle, where responsibilities include designing and implementing quality and food safety policies across multiple manufacturing sites and improving customer satisfaction through effective complaint management. With extensive experience in quality management across various industries, Alissa has held key roles at Eccrine Systems, Inc., Xact Medical, and Energizer Holdings, focusing on regulatory compliance, system improvements, and team leadership. Alissa's earlier career at Procter & Gamble included significant contributions to quality assurance and supplier management. Alissa holds a BA in English from Miami University and an MBA in Leadership from Youngstown State University, and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Food Safety at Michigan State University.
