Bharat Jani

Bharat Jani currently serves as the Global RDQ Process Excellence Director at Perfetti Van Melle, a leading global manufacturer of non-chocolate confectionery, since October 2023. Prior to this role, Bharat held various positions at Mondelēz International from January 2011 to September 2023, culminating in the role of Research Principal, focusing on the development of breakthrough manufacturing technologies for confectionery products and supervising teams of Chemical Process Engineers globally. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Research Associate at Cadbury PLC and as a Research Associate at Pfizer, along with a foundational role as a Senior Process Engineer at Warner Lambert, where the development of manufacturing processes for gum and confectionery products was a key responsibility. Bharat Jani holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
