Derek Manon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in insights and analytics within the marketing field. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Insights and Analytics at Perfetti Van Melle since March 2025, Derek leads the strategy and execution of data-driven initiatives across the company's confection brands. Prior to this role, Derek held the position of Vice President, Head of Marketing Science at BAREFOOT from January 2017 to March 2025, spearheading analytics and marketing science efforts after the merger with Organic. Derek's background includes various leadership roles at ThinkVine and The Nielsen Company, where expertise in marketing optimization, client consulting, and data analysis supported numerous high-profile clients, including Bayer and Procter & Gamble. Derek is a graduate of the Catalyst executive leadership program and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Marketing, and Operations from Indiana University Bloomington.
