Donald Tong

Donald Tong serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Perfetti Van Melle China, overseeing a business with sales exceeding €500 million and managing a workforce of over 4,000. With extensive experience in finance leadership roles, Donald previously held the position of CFO at FrieslandCampina China, where responsibilities included managing a €1 billion sales portfolio and leading a finance team of over 60. Prior to that, Donald held various roles at Diageo, including Head of Pricing and Revenue Management for APAC, and at Procter & Gamble, where Donald managed financial operations across multiple regions and brands. Donald holds an MBA from Kellogg-HKUST and degrees in Commerce from UNSW, along with professional qualifications as a CPA and CIMA member.
