Eric Rudy

Eric Rudy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Global Process Excellence Lead at Perfetti Van Melle since March 2019, Eric has also held key roles such as Global Process Owner for SAP S/4 Business Transformation and Plant Manager. Prior to this position, Eric spent almost seven years at Wornick Foods, where roles included Director of Technical Operations and Continuous Improvement, and Director of Manufacturing Operations. Earlier experience includes operating at General Mills as an Operations Management Associate and internships at Lockheed Martin and SABIC Innovative Plastics. Eric holds an MSE in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan, an MBA from Miami University, and a BSE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
