Gabriel Serralde

Gabriel Serralde is a seasoned professional in supply chain management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Supply Chain & CSR Head at Perfetti Van Melle since July 2021, Gabriel specializes in supply planning, S&OP, MRP, and logistics. Previous roles include Supply Chain Manager at Bunge Loders Croklaan, Supply Chain & Customer Service Manager in the Chemical Industry, and Supply & Demand Planning Manager at ACH Food Companies, Inc., where Gabriel led inventory management and coordinated sales plans. Earlier experience encompasses roles as a Demand Planner, Production Planner, and Material Planner at Unilever, where Gabriel focused on forecasting, production planning, and material requirements. Gabriel holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad La Salle de Cuernavaca and an M.B.A. in Project Management from Universidad Latinoamericana.
