Holly Pelfrey

Holly Pelfrey is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various industries. Since May 2016, Holly has held multiple roles at Perfetti Van Melle, currently serving as the Director of HR Business Partnering and previously as a Strategic Human Resource Business Partner for both Commercial and Operations. Prior to this, Holly worked at Kellogg Company as a Human Resource Manager from October 2007 to April 2016, and earlier held the position of Human Resources Manager at Bosch (ZF Steering Systems) from September 2000 to October 2007. Holly began the career in human resources at Mubea in early 2000. Academically, Holly earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Eastern Kentucky University and an Associate of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Kentucky.
