Lenah Ramadan

Lenah Ramadan is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Trade Marketing for the Middle East, Africa, and Pakistan at Perfetti Van Melle since August 2025. Prior to this role, Lenah held the position of Regional Trade Marketing Manager for Protein at Americana Foods from February 2024 to August 2025. Lenah's extensive experience at Unilever from March 2016 to February 2024 includes positions such as Shopper Marketing & TCM Manager for Hair, Oral & Deodorants in the GCC, Category & Channel Development Manager for Hair Care & White Spaces in the Gulf, and multiple roles as a Shopper Marketing Executive and Category Operations Coordinator. Earlier in the career, Lenah worked as an Outreach Worker for Handicap International - Humanity & Inclusion in 2015. Lenah holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Business Administration and Management from Beirut Arab University, completed in 2015.
