Novika Anand

Novika Anand is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various sectors, currently serving as Senior Manager HR at Perfetti Van Melle since December 2021, overseeing HR for Marketing and Sales functions across General Trade and Organised Trade. Prior to this role, Novika was Business HR at Mahindra Group for the Sourcing and Product Development functions within the Farm Equipment Sector.
