Terry Pompelia

Terry Pompelia possesses extensive financial management experience, currently serving as Controller for North America at Perfetti Van Melle since September 2013, following roles as Controller and Accounting Manager within the same organization. Prior to Perfetti Van Melle, Terry worked as a Senior Consultant at Vaco from 2005 to 2013, delivering interim financial management services to various companies. Past positions also include Vice President and CFO at Experience Engineering, Vice President and CFO at Vinylmax Windows, and Director of Finance at General Mills. Terry earned an MBA in Finance from Xavier University - Williams College of Business and a BA in Accounting from Thiel College.
