Tristan Val Leonida

Tristan Val Leonida has a diverse work experience across various industries. Tristan Val started as an Air Navigation System Specialist at the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines in 2009. Later, they worked as a Production Supervisor at Monde Nissin Corporation, followed by roles at Texas Instruments as a Manufacturing Supervisor and Organization and Talent Development Specialist. Tristan Val then transitioned to Universal Robina Corporation, where they served in HR roles, and later worked at Zuellig Pharma as an HR Business Partner. Tristan also founded and managed a digital health platform at eZConsult - eZVax before becoming an Agile PMO Manager and Agile Coach at Universal Robina Corporation. Their most recent role was as a Talent Management Lead at Perfetti Van Melle in 2023. Throughout their career, Tristan has shown expertise in HR, project management, talent development, and agile methodologies.

Tristan Val Leonida completed a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Central Philippine University in 2010. Prior to that, Tristan attended Lambunao National High School from 2001 to 2005. In 2010, Tristan also obtained the certification of Electronics Engineer from the Professional Regulations Commission. Additionally, Tristan has completed various certifications in design thinking, agile practices, and other related fields from LinkedIn, with the most recent being in 2023.
