Wilma Bouw

Wilma Bouw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and brand management within the confectionery industry. Currently serving as the Sustainability Manager for BU Europe and Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Perfetti Van Melle since 2003, Wilma has also held the role of Group Brand Manager for Fruittella and Chupa Chups BLX, as well as Brand Manager for Mentos Gum BLX since October 2017. Prior to joining Perfetti Van Melle, Wilma worked as a Product Manager at Hazlewood Convenience Food from 2000 to 2003, where insights and skills in product development were honed.
