Ashish Banerjee is a Certified Scrum Master and SAFe Agilist with over 9 years of experience in the IT industry, including more than 5 years leading Agile teams. Currently a Senior Technical Consultant at Perficient, Ashish manages Agile ceremonies and drives team performance through effective collaboration and continuous improvement. Previously, Ashish worked as a Consultant PMO at EY, directing scrums and ensuring project goals were met. With a solid educational background, holding a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Ashish is passionate about Agile values and servant leadership.
