Ava Crawford

Ava Crawford, CPP, has extensive experience in payroll and benefits management, having held various roles over a career spanning more than two decades. Starting as a Payroll Accountant at United Cerebral Palsy of Greater St. Louis from May 1999 to May 2008, Ava then served as a Payroll Administrator at YWCA Metro St. Louis until July 2013. From July 2013 to December 2021, Ava advanced to the position of Senior Payroll/Benefits Counselor at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Following this, Ava worked as a Payroll Benefits Specialist at Royal Banks of Missouri from January 2022 to April 2023, and as a Payroll Tax Specialist at Nordic Global from July 2023 to June 2024. Currently, since August 2024, Ava holds the position of Payroll Specialist at Perficient.
