Kristie Backs has been with Perficient since March 2013, serving in various leadership roles including Director, Software Quality Assurance Manager, Lead Business Consultant, Senior Business Consultant, and Business Consultant. In these positions, Kristie has overseen all facets of quality assurance testing, managed teams across multiple locations, represented the company in client engagements, and conducted comprehensive research and analysis to ensure software quality and adherence to user requirements. Prior to tenure at Perficient, Kristie held positions at Technisource, Sapphire Technologies, and Initial Security, focusing on administrative support, recruiting, and managing payroll functions.
