Lindsay Schaefer, MAIOP, is currently the Talent and Organizational Development Manager at Perficient, where they focus on enhancing organizational effectiveness. Previously, Lindsay served as the Talent Development Lead at Afinitas and held various roles in talent acquisition and human resources, including a stint as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at DriveCentric and a Human Resource Generalist at Concordance Academy of Leadership.
