Mark Beers is an experienced customer success and marketing professional with a diverse background in various roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Perficient since March 2020, Mark leads process improvement initiatives and manages contract negotiations. Previously, Mark held multiple positions at Dramageddon Productions from 2012 to 2020, including producer and marketing manager, while also contributing to other organizations such as Market Logic Software as a Client Success Manager and the Greater Chicago Food Depository as a Marketing Manager.
