Matt Shields

Matt Shields is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and delivery across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director for Adobe at Perficient since October 2015, Matt has held multiple leadership roles including Practice Director and Director of Delivery. Prior to this, Matt was Delivery Director at 6D Global Technologies, Inc., where the focus was on establishing best practices and enhancing project execution. Additional experience includes serving as Principal Consultant at Cardinal Solutions and Senior Consultant/Project Manager at Crown Partners, emphasizing business process improvement and performance management. Matt holds an MBA in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Financial Services, both from Wright State University.
