Mike Willis

Mike Willis, Ed.D., is a seasoned professional in organizational change management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant, Director, and Practice Leader at Perficient since April 2017, Mike has previously held significant roles at The Mosaic Company, Maryville Consulting Group, and Cargill, where expertise in change management and consulting has been honed. Prior experiences include ownership of Lever & Fulcrum, LLC, project management at Wells Fargo during a major merger, and roles in instructional design at PDI / Korn Ferry and Accenture. Academically, Mike holds a Doctorate in Organization Development from the University of St. Thomas, a Master's in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor's in Sociology from Brigham Young University.
