Patrick McNeil

Patrick McNeil is an experienced Associate UX Director and Lead UX Architect at Perficient since October 2017, specializing in user research and iterative design to enhance internal workflows. Prior to this, McNeil held roles as a UX Researcher at Magellan Health, where significant contributions included optimizing call center applications and leading the development of a customer onboarding system. McNeil's entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Design Meltdown involved publishing over 175 articles on interactive design. Academically, McNeil served as an Assistant Professor of Graphic Design at the University of Missouri - St. Louis, spearheading the incorporation of UX and interactive design into the curriculum. McNeil holds a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies in Studio Art & Art History from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
