Sean McGrath

Sean McGrath has extensive experience in leadership and IT management across various industries. Presently, Sean serves as Principal and Managing Director of the Microsoft Business Unit at Perficient since June 2018, previously holding the position of Director for Strategic Advisory. Prior to Perficient, Sean was the Director of IT for Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc. from 2016 to June 2018 and worked as a Consulting Manager at RAS & Associates for a brief period in 2016. Sean's earlier roles include Consultant at Lewis Fowler, Internal Improvement Consultant at OtterBox, and Consultant for Business Improvement Services at Global Resource Solutions. Sean also has a background as IT Manager and Director at Newmont Mining Corporation and as Manager of IT Operations at ITT - VIS (Harris) from 2000 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from the University of Colorado Denver, alongside studies at Kansai Gaidai University and Beloit College.
