Tom Holzbach

Tom Holzbach, PMP, CSM, currently serves as a Program Architect and Senior Project Manager at Perficient since November 2022. Previously, Tom held the position of Manager, Financial Project Management at Eaton from October 2017 to November 2022, where responsibilities included leading a multiyear finance transformation initiative involving the implementation of the Oracle EPM cloud suite. Prior to Eaton, Tom worked at Sherwin Williams from June 2013 to October 2017 as an IT Project Manager for Global Supply Chain and an Oracle EBS Analyst, providing functional support for Oracle EBS applications. Tom's career began at Deloitte Consulting as an Analyst in Strategy & Operations from October 2010 to June 2013, and included a brief role as Accounting Support for the Transnational Crisis Project in 2010. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Bowling Green State University, earned between 2005 and 2009.
