Jenn Christianson

Jenn Christianson has a strong background in operations management. Jenn started their career at American Radiator DSM in 2009, where they progressed through various roles such as Warehouse Team Member, Sales Associate, and eventually Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing inventory control, logistics coordination, and selecting quality manufacturers while ensuring compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations. Jenn joined Miller Mechanical Specialties, Inc. in 2020 as an Operations Manager, where they focused on enhancing company culture, improving interdepartmental relationships, and driving growth through process improvement and key performance indicators. Currently, they work as the Director of Business Development at Perficut.
