Anu Mathew is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Perfios since May 2023, Anu previously held the same title at Pine Labs from December 2014 to September 2022, leading an HR function with over 4,500 employees and contributing to significant business transformation. A career break was undertaken from October 2022 to May 2023, during which Anu focused on coaching leaders in self-leadership. Anu's earlier roles include Business HR Head at HCL Infosystems Ltd and various positions at GE Money and GE Capital International Services. Anu holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Leeds, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Jesus & Mary College, Delhi University.
