Kavya Rao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Perfios since April 2019. Kavya's career at Perfios has included progressive roles from Customer Success Specialist to Associate Manager, showcasing a strong commitment to client satisfaction and support. Prior to this, Kavya worked at Cognizant from October 2013 to March 2017, where roles included Business Analyst and Junior Business Analyst. Kavya holds a certification in Financial Analysis and Financial Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, completed a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Lean Operations and Systems from Christ University, and earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology.
