Allen Jones

Allen Jones has extensive experience in technical support and customer service roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at Perforce Software since July 2022, Allen previously worked as a Technical Support Analyst. Prior to this, Allen was a Software Engineer at General Assembly from November 2021 to July 2022. Allen's foundational experience in the hospitality sector includes positions such as Front Office Supervisor and Guest Service Representative at SpringHill Suites by Marriott and Radisson Blu, respectively. Earlier roles also include guest service roles at Radisson Plaza Hotel Minneapolis and Lenox Hotel, Back Bay, where Allen also functioned as a Sales Coordinator. Allen holds a Certificate in Computer Software Engineering from General Assembly and a B.S. in Hospitality Administration from Boston University.
