Lindsey Bauer

Lindsey Bauer currently serves as the VP of Human Resources at Perforce Software since October 2022. Prior to this role, Lindsey held several positions at Teleflex from January 2015 to October 2022, including Sr Director, Human Resources - Americas, and various director and manager roles in human resources. Lindsey's experience also includes working as a Client HR Manager at Cargill and multiple human resources positions at Cummins Inc. from March 2008 to November 2013. Early career experience includes roles at Lifetouch National School Studios from 2005 to 2008. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota and a certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of St. Thomas obtained in May 2019.
