Britton Derkac

Britton Derkac is currently the Executive Vice President and Head of Leasing for Office at Perform Properties, a position held since 2025. Previously, Britton served as the Executive Vice President and National Head of Leasing at EQ Office from 2022 to 2025. With a solid foundation in leasing and asset management, they held various roles at Equity Office Properties from 2013 to 2016, including Director of Asset Management. Britton began their career as an Associate at CB Richard Ellis from 2005 to 2008 and was a Professional Athlete with the Boston Cannons in 2006. Britton earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public & Private Sector Organizations with Honors from Brown University in 2005.
